Mr. Lettmann has served as our Chief Executive Officer since September 2023 and as a member of our board of directors since April 2020. He previously served as a member of our board of directors from March 2015 to May 2017. Mr. Lettmann has served as a General Partner of Lightstone Ventures from March 2012 to July 2023 and as a Partner at Morgenthaler Ventures, a venture capital and private equity firm, since June 2009. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Promedior Inc., a biotechnology company acquired by Roche, from January 2019 to February 2020 and as Vice President at Split Rock Partners, a venture capital firm, from June 2006 to June 2009. Mr. Lettmann has been a member of the Board of Directors of several public and privately held companies including Ra Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company acquired by UCB. Mr. Lettmann holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Iowa and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
